Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the TrayQuest application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
TrayQuest grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
TRAYQUEST IS A HABIT TRACKING AND REMINDER TOOL, NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. The Application is designed solely to assist you in tracking your own self-reported aligner wear intervals. It does not provide medical, orthodontic, or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment plans. You MUST always follow the explicit instructions, wear duration, and aligner change schedules prescribed by your licensed orthodontist or dental provider.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You retain 100% ownership of all data generated in the Application. This Agreement is effective until terminated by you by deleting the Application and all copies thereof.

TrayQuest operates entirely on a local-first architecture. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or analyze any personal data, health data, identifiers, or device information.
All wear logs, timers, companion selections, room placements, and settings are saved exclusively on your local device storage. If you clear your browser or uninstall the app without exporting a backup, your local data will be removed.
TrayQuest contains no advertising networks, no social media tracking SDKs, no behavioral analytics, and no remote telemetry.
